General terms
All commission artworks are for personal use only (e.g. for profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, printing for personal use, etc.). Commercial exploitation of any kind is forbidden. If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please let me know via email so we can discuss it. NFT/AI use is completely forbidden.
I do not claim the rights to any original characters, only to the artwork created.
I retain the right to decline commission requests.
I also retain the right to adjust a rate if the proposal has aspects that seem too detailed or time consuming (we can discuss it! this would only be a last resort).
Once the commission is accepted, I will send you the invoice. Payment must be made via PayPal (either a 50% down payment or in full). If you choose to pay 50% first, the other 50% must be paid as a requirement to me to send you the final HD files.
Rushed commissions have an additional 60% fee.
Refunds are not accepted unless I find myself unable to finish the work.
I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media and other commission websites in order to promote myself. You can post it freely on your personal accounts too, as long as you credit me and/or tag me!
About the commission
I usually work on whatever is close to A4 size at 350dpi. Specific size depends on the request and the composition of the drawing, so feel free to tell me if you need a particular size!
Please provide as many references as possible (sketches, characters, poses, pictures, moodboards, inspiration artwork, etc.). This way I’ll have a better framework to work on your commission so you get what you are picturing!
Commissions might take between 1-4 weeks to finish, depending on the difficulty and my workload. I will inform you ahead of time if there’s any delays in the artwork.
Revisions are as follows: for sketches, two revisions (rough sketch and final); for lineart art, three revisions (rough sketch, line and color), for full paint, up to five revisions (rough sketch, line, base colors and as needed). Extra rounds of adjustments will incur in a 10% extra fee.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service in their entirety and fully agree to them.
Process
Contact me via email at [email protected] with the following information:
Your name and twitter handle (as a contact alternative)
Commission type: e.g. 1 sketch - full body
Description: be as detailed as possible!
References: images or links of your characters, poses, moodboards, etc. Any reference is good! If you have some sketches you've done yourself, I love to get those.
Once I accept the commission request I will make a rough sketch/layout.
After you approve the rough sketch, I will send you the invoice.
After I confirm your payment, I will work on the final commission and get back to you for adjustments and revisions.
Finished artwork will be sent to you through a Google Drive link in high quality for printing and low quality for sharing online.
